1. Subscriptions

  • Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled.
  • We generally do not offer pro‑rated refunds for unused time after the billing period begins.
  • In exceptional cases (e.g., documented technical issues preventing use), contact support for review.

2. Credit Purchases

  • One‑time credit packs are typically non‑refundable once purchased.
  • If credits were not consumed due to a verified platform error, contact support for assistance.

3. How to Request a Refund

Email billing@interviewhub.app with your account email, purchase details, and a description of the issue. We will review your request and reply within a reasonable timeframe.

4. Stripe Payments

Payments are processed by Stripe. Approved refunds are issued back to the original payment method subject to Stripe’s timelines and policies.

5. Changes

We may update this Refund Policy to reflect changes in our services or applicable laws.
